Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training

Northampton, MA and Online

About

Yoga is a set of practices that supports movement along a path, towards a state of being.
The practices, the path and the destination are all yoga.
This journey transforms, awakens, and aligns all layers of our being.
Our programs provide a framework that combines the ancient wisdom of yoga with teachings and practices that speak to this modern moment in our collective evolution.

Shraddhā Yoga’s Corinne Andrews and Matthew Andrews have been facilitating immersions and teacher trainings since 2015. Their programs are inspired by The Mother & Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga, Embodyoga®, Light Omega, and Arunachala Śiva. Each one unifies teachings from the various yoga traditions to support the awakening and transformation of all layers of ourselves: body, mind, heart, and soul.

We all begin together with the start of the 100-hour immersion. Some people choose to stop after that and some choose to continue on to finish the 200-hour Yoga Teaching Training. For those who have already fulfilled their 200-hour certification elsewhere, they can opt to stay on for another 100-hour program, completing the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Our training program is offered hybrid - anyone local can join in person and others can join online via Zoom.
